Warmth & Cheer Card Making Ideas
November 29, 2016
When I saw the Warmth & Cheer Designer Series Paper Stack, my first thought was kind of along the lines of what am I ever going to do with daggy old knitted tartan print patterns??
Well, if you saw my Angel cards using the Wonder of Christmas stamp set a couple of months back, you will know I soon got over that negative thought! I had olde worlde patchwork quilt patterns popping up every where!
But that wasn't the end of it!
No way!
Because then we went to Stampin' Up!s famous global get together - On Stage Live, in Brisbane and saw the amazing products that are coming in Sale-a-bration in January and one of the stamp sets sang to my heart, and to my Warmth & Cheer Designer Series Paper Stack!
Oh My Gosh!
How beyond cute are these fat hens from the "Hey Chick" stamp set which is one of the stamp sets you can receive free with your qualifying order in January through March! You can't buy this set, but you can receive it as a gift.
I just love, love, love it!
And of course, the paper stack is available to purchase now - in fact, if you want to recreate these cards, you will need to order the paper stack now because it's in the Holiday Catalogue and won't be available to purchase after January 3rd.
Click on the picture of the paper to go to the Online shop - and don't forget to check out the other retiring Christmas and Holiday Catalogue products while you are there!
I love, love, love your chicks! Is this paper piecing? Would love to see a video on how you made this. Thank you so much for sharing. Cute, Cute, Cute!

Hi Jenny,
Thanks so much for your kind comment! It was a very busy Christmas period here, but I finally got a chance to do a Facebook Live video with the paper piecing for this project. Take a look!
