Wow, what an exciting day for papercrafters! Lots of new cardmaking and scrapbooking ideas with Sale-a-bration and the new Occasions Catalogue arriving!
I love some of the stamp sets in the new catalogue and have been having a play with one called So Very Grateful.
It's a lovely stamp set for watercolouring and if you're a bit like me and don't mind a bit of fussy cutting, you can get a bit carried away with the lovely floral designs!
I've created this Card-in-a-box with a base of Smoky Slate Card, mat layers of Calypso Coral and the very gorgeous Watercolour Wonder Designer Series Paper that is also in the Occasions Catalogue.
The rear panel of the box has the space to write your greeting on, with Whisper White card being used.
I need to acknowledge Rachel Woollard as the inspiration for these lovely Card-in-a-box projects which have been popping up everywhere. Rachel shared her creations at a team stamping day last November and since then they have become very popular.
You can see lots of projects like this including many new products from Sale-a-bration and the new Occasions Catalogue at our Create, Care & Share Cardmaking event on February 9th.
Hey everyone, Happy Friday and HAPPY BLOG HOP DAY!
Time to collect some amazing cardmaking and scrapbooking ideas!
If you’ve just arrived from the blog of the very talented and lovely Narelle Hoggard, welcome!
If you are just starting here – grab a packed lunch and a thermos, for you are in for a real creative and inspirational journey today through 25 blogs of 25 talented Stampin’ Up! demonstrators, showcasing our awesome Sale-a-bration products.
As you’ll see with many of the girls today (if you haven’t seen it already) this year’s Sale-a-bration Designer Series Paper – Sweet Sorbet, is absolutely DA BOMB!!!!!
It was the first thing I wanted to get my hands on, but then when it arrived and I saw it in real life I pretty much went into raptures – it’s so, so nice you just can’t describe it!!!
I straight away started making a very special project with it – way back around Christmas! And it’s not finished yet. Here’s a little video so you can see what it’s all about.
So, the envelopes I used are from the card and envelope pack – Sweet Sayings which is only available until Monday 27th January – contact your demonstrator right away or get on her online shop with the item code 134609 and grab yourself a couple of packs. At only $9.95 they are a steal.
When you start writing up your Sale-a-bration order, you’ll want to add A4 Basic Black card stock, a roll of sticky strip, a bottle of Tombow Mono glue, the Backyard Basics Stamp set and Framelit Bundle and some border punches – then of course claim the Sweet Sorbet Designer Series Paper as your freebie!
What is ESAD?
ESAD - stands for "Extra Special Australasian Demonstrators" and it is an on-line group just for Australian and New Zealand Stampin' Up! demonstrators.
We love what we do & love to share with our customers, friends, and wonderful blog visitors. We also share what we love in our ESAD Demonstrator community, through swaps, challenges, sharing knowledge, ideas & friendship, and we're always there to help and support each other.
So if you are a Stampin' Up! demonstrator located in Australia or New Zealand, then please feel free to leave me a comment with your Email address and I'll contact you with information on how to join our wonderful group.
Now you’ll want to continue on your blog hop journey – if you get lost or a link is broken, you can come back here and use this list to find your way again, but in the meantime, I want you to go to the next person on the hop, my very delightful and gorgeous stamping friend, Nikki Sadler – enjoy your day!
I've been Stampin' Up! a storm this past week with a favourite, versatile stamp set, the Six Sided Sampler from Stampin' Up!
This is a terrific Stamp Set and Punch Bundle for any occasion.
Woodmount Bundle $63.50 Stamp set only $46.95
Clearmount Bundle $54.95 Stamp set only $36.95
Punch $27.95
I've made a couple of really simple cards, teaming the hexagons with the Gorgeous Grunge stamp set and a couple of greeting sets.
Firstly some masculine cards - as it's really hard to think them up on the spot when you need a card for a male.
Then the card making ideas were just flowing, so I switched the colours and created half a dozen cards for some females who I had reason to think of this week.
I just love these cards in Pistachio Pudding,Calypso Coral and Crisp Cantaloupe. I made 10 or 11 cards with these designs and also taought them at a class and a Stampin' Party. Very effective and fun, but I can think of plenty more people to send them too, so I might have to get the production line happening!
On Friday this week I will be participating in a blog hop where 25 Stampin' Up! demonstrators are going to show you a stack of projects made with Sale-a-bration products. Sale-a-bration starts next Tuesday, and we can't wait! I hope you'll join us on Friday from 10am for a tour of blog land to see some amazing creativity!
LOL! Of course I would wish for ALL the papercrafters out there to find lots of time in 2014 to enjoy new cardmaking and papercrafting ideas. I am certainly looking forward to a year of wonderful creating and Sharing What I Love!
The most exciting thing about January is it's nearly Sale-A-Bration time! I love Sale-a-bration! It's Stampin' Up!s most fun time of the year. Lots of extra free goodies for everyone, lots of new products, new projects and new inspiration.
As a demonstrator, I was able to get a pack of the gorgeous Designer Series Paper that will be available to qualifying customers as one of the Sale-a-bration freebies from the 28th January. It's called Sweet Sorbet and it is totally, totally gorgeous!
Wnat to see some cards I made with it?
I have matched the paper with items from the Simply Fabulous Simply Sent Kit on page 161 of our Annual Catalogue. Love the details.
Notice I've used the lovely Silver 1/8" ribbon from the Holiday Catalogue and some of our Rhinestone Jewels to add a finishing touch.
The next project I've got planned with it is an Envelope Album. Can't wait to get started on that and will share it with you soon!
