Whooo Hoooo!!! Stampin' Up! Convention 2012 sure was the best yet! We're still all abuzz with new ideas, new projects, new inspiration and a tonne of motivation to get us qualified for next years Incentive Trip (or Grand Vacation) which will take lucky qualifying demonstrators all the way to Utah!!

You know what's in Utah, don't you??  The Stampin' Up! home office!!!

I am so excited about that, and so are the ladies on my team - we'll being doing a stack of events over the coming months to help us qualify - cos no-one wants to miss out on such an exciting opportunity!

We've also started saving up already for Convention 2013 which is going to be held in :

I was delighted to have six of my downline team members attend convention with me this year! So nice, and so exciting to share such an awesome experience with those who hadn't attended before!

Here we are at the Saturday Awards Night Dinner - we scrub up alright, don't we!

The awards night was special to me, as I got to do another "Stage Walk" or Recognition March as it is properly called. My lovely team member Elaine had her name up in lights to. It's really hard to get a good photo of us walking across, but this is the board announcing the achiement and those who reached this milestone.

How awesome is that? Thank you very much to my very lovely customers and hostesses who helped me reach this sales goal for the 3rd time!

And congratulations to our wider team members, Genna Gifford, Sue Madex, Kylie Bertucci and Claire Daly who's names also appeared up there - more than once! How fabulous to be surrounded by such talented women, and inspired on by their example!

Another highlight for me, was attending Manager's Reception for the very first time! Those who have achieved the title of Manager (or above) were whisked away to a secret location - which turned out to be the Mural Hall at Parliament House, for a finger food supper, talk by Shelli Gardner and Q & A by some of our other staff, and we received a gorgeous hand-made gift and a stamp set! So exciting! And the best bit is - our photo is on Shelli's blog!  Yes it is! OOOOHHHH I am famous! (The photo is right down the bottom of her post, immediately above the paragraph which talks about Managers Reception).

You're probably wondering with all this activity if we actually had any time for stamping while we were away? LOL

We had a fabulous make & take session with lots of new products that are coming in the fabulous 2012-2013 Catalogue in September and an extra class on Friday night called "I am Creative", in which we worked on a gorgeous Christmas project, also using a new stamp set, DSP and dies which we are looking forward to being able to share with you!

Here's a display of gorgeous projects which some lovely staff member has made using some of the sneak peak items we tried during the make and take session. I wonder if you can pick them?

Two of my other favourite displays included gorgeous paper shoes! I am dying to know how some clever person made those!

How stunning are those - I want a pair of those green shoes to wear to work!!

Following Convention there are a stack of promotions happening over the next few weeks, including an exclusive stamp set you can earn free or purchase only in June - it's called "A Reason to Smile" and it's a lovely two-step set.

Then there's a fantastic hostess special, offering an extra $90.00 spending money to qualifying hostesses, from now through to mid-July. You don't want to miss this one!

Our new starter kit price of $169.00 fully customisable still applies, so if you have been considering joining the Stampin' Up! family so you can be part of the fun of convention or catalogue sneak peaks, be sure to ask me about it today. I will be updating my specials page today with all the details.

Well, that's a lot of news! Hope you've enjoyed the photos! Be back soon!

Kathryn.
