Strength & Hope

For my Stampin' Up! Convention swaps, I used a beautiful stamp set called "Strength and Hope" from our Autumn / Winter Mini Catalogue.  This delightful set of four stamps retails for $35.95 (woodmount) or $28.95 (clearmount).

Stampin' Up! is donating $2 from each sale of this set to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. BCRF is dedicated to preventing breast cancer and finding a cure in our lifetime by funding clinical and translational research worldwide. For more information about BCRF, visit

I made my own coat-hangers with craft wire and used Whisper White card and Marina Mist card and inkpad.  To get the larger scallops for the dress, I put the card through the Big Shot using the Bigz Clear Scallop Square Die.  I pre-cut the dress template from a sketch onto Confetti White card which is a little thicker than our Whisper White.

And of course there are some of our adhesive Jewels for the finishing touch!

I am attending Josie's Biggest Morning Tea Fundraiser for the Cancer Council next Saturday 28th May as a stall holder, and will be focusing on this really lovely stamp set, as it fits so well with the theme.

If you'd like to know more about the Strength & Hope Dress cards, or about Josie's fundraiser, please don't hesitate to ask!
