Stampin' Up! Convention - Sydney 2010
Australia's Biggest Morning Tea

Top Note Cards

Have you had a play with the new Stampin' Up! Big Shot and Top Note Die yet?

I've been having a play with the brayer and the  truly gorgeous "Asian Artistry" hostess set from the Autumn / Winter mini catalogue and wanted to share a couple of cards with you. You'll have to excuse the colours a little, I took the photos at night without a flash, so they are little blurgh, but I am sure you'll agree, the stamp set and the cutting die are fabulous regardless.

I didn't make a whole pile of swaps for convention - too busy with weddings and all that other stuff, but I did want to take just one, to put in the Stampin' Up! swap box.  I love the Red Riding Hood colours in this card, which have blended so beautifully with Regal Rose and Pretty in Pink when I have brayered them onto the Whisper White card.

The Stampin' Pastels have been applied to this card using blender pens, just to give a little bit of depth to the flowers, such a lovely soft effect.

Well, that should keep you going until I have time to post some of the exciting news from convention. Be back to talk to you soon,

Your cards are beautiful Kathryn, especially the pink/red one...the brayered background looks amazing. Hope you had fun in Sydney!
